Famous Composers Are Human, Too!

Sometimes, it can be hard to connect with people who are such a large part of history. It’s easy to forget they were people just like the rest of us. People who, for example, sometimes had trouble drawing treble clefs:

Treble clefs by composing greats.

Some days I draw treble clefs like Tchaikovsky…and other days, they look more like Verdi’s.

People who make mistakes (sometimes more than once!):

Mistakes from Haydn, Mozart, Handel, Chopin, Mendelssohn, and Beethoven (twice).

And people who get distracted from the work they should be doing and end up doodling instead:

Sometimes my work looks like this, too….
